GRAHAM BATES is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive of 20 years standing and has been with the practice since 2000. He is also a member of the Institute of Credit Management and deals with uncontested debt recovery and Insolvency for 3 of the country's major electrical wholesalers.

ANNA LUCKING is a Litigation Executive handling all areas of uncontested, debt recovery, Insolvency, and contested matters. She qualified as a lawyer in Holland in 1995. Since 2000 she has worked in this area of practice in this country. She represents one of the largest drainage companies in the UK.

EMMA WOOD is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been with the practice since 2003. She deals with general debt recovery and secured lending shortfalls acting for two major UK companies.

NICOLA PLANT is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive handling all areas of uncontested debt recovery and specialises in Insolvency.

CARLY DYSON is a Trainee Legal Executive and has been with the practice since 2000. She deals with general debt recovery and insolvency. She represents a client specialising in worldwide shipping.

NATALIE BROWETT is a Trainee Legal Executive and has been with the practice since 2006. She deals with general debt recovery acting for a blue chip company in recovering sensitive debt.
